This is to confirm the September 12, 1983 telephone conversation between Mr. N. J. Chiangi (CP&L) and Mr. A. Hardin (NRC).
Mr. Hardin was informed that the September 23, 1981 potentially reportable item, pertaining to Dresser Industries supplied pressure gages that were not seismically qualified by Dresser as required by Ebasco Purchase Order NY-435104, has been evaluated and considered not to be reportable per the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e) and 10CFR, Part 21.
