Technical Specification to Change' Method of Measuring Reactor Coolant System Flow; Supplement By letter dated January 10, 1994, Duke Power Company pror)osed Technical Specification changes relative to the method of measuring reactor coolant system (RCS) flow.

Since that date, a page of Technical Specifications affected by that proposed amendment was revised by an unrelated amendment.

Additionally,-in a telephone call on January-9, 1995, between' Duke l

and the NRC Staff, Duke was asked to confirm the number of fuel cycles and calorAmetric measurement data points used in developing the elbow tap coefficients. These data are as follows McGuire-Catawba

If the use of these data change in any way, the NRC will be notified.

Also, an additonal reference to the precision heat balance measurement fcr RCS flow surveillance was identified.

A mark-up deleting _ the connection between the precision heat bclance and the surveillance is also attached.
