This is to confirm the July 14, 1983 telephone conversation between Mr. N. J. Chiangi and Mr. A. Hardin.
Mr. Hardin was informed that the June 14, 1983 potentially reportable item, pertaining to Seismic Class I, SA-36, carbon steel pipe hanger material manufactured by Bergen-Paterson that was supplied in lieu of the ordered SA-564 type 630 stainless steel material (CP&L purchase order specified SA-564 type 630 material, but listed carbon steel (SA-36) catalog part numbers), has been evaluated and considered not to be reportable per the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e) and 10CFR Part 21.
