The following safety related maintenance was conducted during the month:

Replaced failed universal card (A313) in the solid state protection system. The 3,

function for " Containment Pressure Safety Injection" was bad.

Performed repairs and modifications to the 1B Post Accident Hydrogen Analyzer.
