Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant Unit 1 Narrative Summary of Operations September 1994 There were no unit shutdowns or major power reductions during the month.
The following safety related maintenance was conducted during the month:
Replaced failed universal card (A313) in the solid state protection system. The 3,
function for " Containment Pressure Safety Injection" was bad.

Performed repairs and modifications to the 1B Post Accident Hydrogen Analyzer.
