This is to confirm the April 25, 1983 telephone conversation between Mr. N. J. Chiangi and Mr. A. Hardin.
Mr. A. liardin was informed that the April 1, 1983 potentially reportable item, pertaining to weld deficiencies in Class lE Transfer Panels received from Systems Control, Inc., has been evaluated and considered not to be reportable per the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e).
