MONITORING OF ELECTRIC POWER TO REACTOR PROTECTION SYSTEM Oyster Creek fluclear Generating Station This letter transmits our Safety Evaluation (SE) for the Monitoring of Electric Power to Reactor Protection System and its attachment, the LLL's Technical Evaluation Report UCID-19472 in response to your submittals dated December 4, 1980, April 29. 1982 and October 18, 1982. We find the design modifications proposed by you to be acceptable.
The Technical Specifications changes when submitted shall have relay set ' points based on actual measured voltage, and the LC0 and surveillance requirements as outlined in the model Technical Specifications provided to you shall be evaluated in a separate SE.
