April 8,1983 potentially reportable item, pertaining to weld deficiencies on two (2) ASME Section III, Class 3, emergency service water strainers supplied by R. P. Adams of Buffalo, New York, has been evaluated and considered not to be reportable per the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e) and 10CFR, Part 21.
