This is to confirm the June 1, 1983 telephone conversation between Mr. N. J. Chiangi and Mr. A. Hardin.
Mr. Hardin was informed that the March 3, 1983 potentially reportable item, pertaining to Seismic Class 1 Electrical, HVAC and Conduit supports that were fabricated and installed on site and accepted by a Quality Control inspector, no longer with CP&L, and were not in accordance with design documents, has been evaluated and considered not to be reportable per the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e).
