Enclosed for your information and use is a list of items that should be removed from 10 CFR 50.55(e) status in your Bellefonte Nuclear Plant records. These deficiencies have been determined to have no adverse impact on the safety of operations of the plant and were so reported in TVA's final reports for each one. Therefore, they will be removed from our list of open 10 CFR 50.55(e) items.
