This is to confirm the April 15, 1983 telephone conversation between Mr. N. J. Chiangi and Mr. A. Hardin.
Mr. Hardin was informed that the January 31, 1983 reportable item, pertaining to welding deficiencies on Class lE Battery Racks received from C&D Batteries, has.been evaluated and considered not to be reportable per the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e) and 10CFR, Part 21.
