This letter is to advise you that some material supplied by Paxton & Vierling Steel Co. may not be in com-pliance with all of the requirements of 10CFR50, Appendix B, Section VIII and 10CFR21, various sections.
The material in question has been supplied to Nebraska Public Power District, Brownville, Nebraska plant and Omaha Public Power District, Ft. Calhoun, Nebraska plant.
We have been and continue to remain in constant contact with the Quality Assurance departments of both NPPD and OPPD to resolve this nonconformance situation.
