Code Case N-532-5 was used as an alternative to the requirements of ASME Section XI, Article IWA-6000, as listed in Regulatory Guide 1.147, "lnservice Inspection Code Case Acceptability, ASME Section XI, Division 1," Revision 18, and approved in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55a(b)(5).
There are no new or revised regulatory commitments (as defined by NEI 99-04) in this submittal.

INTRODUCTION lnservice inspection (ISi) of scheduled ASME Section XI components and their supports at Pacific Gas and Electric Company's Diablo Canyon Power Plant (DCPP) Unit 2 were inspected during the twenty-first refueling outage (2R21) and through Feb 3, 2020 thus ending Interval 4, Period 1.
2R21 was the second outage in the first period within the fourth 10-year ISi interval.
This Owner's Activity Report, OAR-1, complies with the provisions of Code Case N-532-5 as approved by Regulatory Guide 1.147, Revision 18.
The OAR-1 Report covers any mid cycle Section XI Repair/Replacement work completed after April 23, 2018 and any applicable 2R21 Section XI Repair/Replacement work completed prior to and including Jan 18, 2020.
