'Ihe Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) subnitted statistical breakdowns on personnel. radiation nonitoring information for each license number held by TVA for calendar year 1979 on March 13 and 27,1980, calendar year 1980 on March 9,1981, and calen3ar year 1981 on February 19, 1982.

Enclosed is a corrected report for calendar years 1979, 1980, and 1981. Tne error resulted frczn a conputer code error.
