Dear Mr. 0'Reilly:

Pursuant to Technical Specification 6.9.1.5, attached is a tabulation on an annual basis (for 1981) of the number of station, utility and other personnel (including contractors) receiving exposures greater than 100 mrem /yr and their associated man rem exposure according to work and job functions. Dose values are based on self-reading pocket dosimeter totals.

This tabulation supplements the requirements of 10 CFR 20.407 which were sub-mitted by my letter to Mr. Harold S. Bassett, NRC/MPA dated March 9,1982.
