Prussia, Pennsylvania, on July 7, 1982, relating to activities authorized by NRC

License No. DPR-53. This meeting was attended by you and other members of your
staff, and by myself and other members of the NRC staff.
It is our view that this
meeting was beneficial and improved mutual understanding of the matters involved.
The subjects discussed at this meeting are included in the NRC Management Meeting
Report, which is enclosed with this letter. NRC Region I analysis of enforcement
considerations for these items is continuing.
