October 30 - November 2, 1978, of activities authorized by NRC Construction
Permit Nos. CPPR-167, CPPR-168 and 'CPPR-169 for the Cherokee Nuclear Station
- ecility, and to the discussion of our findings held with C. B. Aycock at
the conclusion of the inspection.

enclosed inspection report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted
of setEetive examinations of procedures and representative records, inter-
views with personnel, and observations by the inspectors.
We have examined actions you have taken with regald to previously identi-

license appear to be in noncompliance with NRC requirements. These items
