Thank you for your letter of July 6,1982, informing us of steps you have taken
to correct the violations concerning activities under NRC Operating License
Nos. DPR-33, DPR-52 and DPR-68 brought to your attention in our letter of June 4,
1982.
Based on a telephone conversation on July 13, 1982, between Mr. T. Chinn,
Plant Compliance Supervisor, Mr. J. Domer, Supervisor Boiling Water Reactor
Projects, and Mr. J. Chase, Senior Resident Inspector, Browns Ferry, it is our
understanding that you plan to submit a supplemental response to include the
additional concerns discussed in the reference inspection report. We will
examine your corrective actions and plans during subsequent inspections.
