- As discussed in-Paragraph 9b, it appears that several members of your staff-
= may have a misunderstanding regarding a licensee's ability to make repeated- _ Lentries=into and exits from Technical Specification (TS)' action statements- -I s [1 - NRC; requirements; permit voluntary entry into an action statement for the I e period: allowed recognizing that this is necessary at times for purposes .of testing and malntenance. However, the NRC does not consider that repeated .l o
