State of Illinois on ASME Code activities and recomend only one change.

Section B.1. JDelete-the last sentence and substitute the following:-

In an implicit sense, this may be correct but explicitly it is not correct.
The substitute words more correctly describe an inspectors responsibilities.
The use of the letters !$f 1 lies no !$7. While 15T coverage may be non uniforn, we should not i ly it is not included.
