This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. W. G. Albert of this
office on llay 1-31, 1962, of activities authorized by NRC Construction
Permit hos. GPPR-154 and CPPR-155, and to the discussion of our find-
ings with 0. E. Trapp and other members of the Supply System staff
at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the enclosed
inspection report.
Within these areas, the inspection consisted of
selective examinations of procedures and representative records,
interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
