Dear Dr. Siegel:
Thank you for your letter requesting I address the Washington Section of the American Nuclear Society at one of its meetings this spring.
It was most thoughtful of you.
However, at this time, I am not accepting any speaking engagements.
I was disappointed to learn that I am going to miss the American I
tiuclear Society's briefing on current events on Thursday, September 24, as I will be out of town on official business.
I am sure it will be most informative and I am sorry to have to miss it.
