Dear Mr. Morisi:
This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated April 29, 1982, which trans-mitted Revision 8 to the Security Plan for Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station.
We have reviewed the submitted changes identified as Revision 8 to the Security Plan for Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station and have determined, with one exception, that the changes are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p). Our concerns with the changes made to Section 1.6.4., " Package and Vehicle Access,"
of the plan are outlined in the enclosure to this letter. Until such t.ime as our concerns are addressed Section 1.6.4. of Revision 7 will remain a part of the approved security plan.
The enclosure to the above-referenced letter contains Safeguards Information of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and is therefore being withheld from public disclosure.
