Dear Mr. Fiedler:
This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated May 26, 1982, which transmitted a revised drawing of the Oyster Creek protected area and notification that the construction activities, which necessitated changes to the protected area configuration, have been completed.
We have reviewed the submitted drawing and have determined that the changes made are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) and are, therefore, acceptable.
