POWER DISTRIBUTION LIMITS 3/4.2.3 MINIMUM CRITICAL POWER RATIO LIMITING CONDITION FOR OPERATION 3.2.3.1 The MINIMUM CRITICAL POWER RATIO (MCPR), as a function of core flow, shall be equal to or greater than the MCPR limit times the Kf shown in Figure 3.2.3-1, provided that the end-of-cycle recirculation pump trip system is OPERABLE per specification 3.3.6.2, with:
