NRC REPORTER CONTRACT SOLICI'TATION i

The reporting requirements of the ASLBP are very demanding.

It would be a mistake to analyze them solely by the mechanics of reporting such as stenography and typing.

The bottom line should be both best cost and satisfactory service to the NRC.

I strongly recommend the solicitation not be limited to small businesses.

Particularly, since I understand if it is not, small business may still bid.

It is my view that both the Agency and the bidders will be best served by avoiding a possible " force fit" situation.
