Dear Kris:

An advance copy of the Schedule 189 for FYB2 for the Hydrogen Burn Survival (HBS) Program is attached.

The final draft is proceeding through channels, but I thought you might like a copy now.

When we first presented our draft Schedule 189 for FYB2, you asked that we eliminate any consideration of of f-shore ice v/

condenser PNRs and that we give you a breakdown of our funding proposal for FY83 by task.

The deletion has been made in the expected activities for FY83 and the funding reduced accordingly.

The breakdown of the proposed funding for the remaining activities is shown in Table 1.

Only the NRR funding for the analytical portions o,f the HBS Program is included.

Please note that these are rough estimates only and that each wor k elemen t bear s some expense for general items such as program planning and management, NRC in ter ac t ion, reporting, etc.

Obviously, at this time, the description of FY83 activities are very cursory.

We plan to submit a much more detailed proposal later, but I felt that some information would be helpful in your planning activities throughout the year.

Sincerely, tydn4&L William H.
