Pursuant to Section 2.C(35) of Renewed Facility Operating License DPR-75, transmitted by Reference 2, this letter provides notification that the activities required to be completed prior to entering the period of extended operation for Salem Unit 2 have been completed and the unit is ready to enter its period of extended operation.

There are no regulatory commitments contained in this letter.
