SAf!ITARY UASTE FLOU - OYSTER CREEK Ue have reviewed your letter dated April 8, 1982 indicating that the actual flow of domestic and scnitary wastes from the unrestricted nonradioactive areas of the plant to the sewage treatment facility is presently approximately 10,000 gallons per day in contrast to the figure of 1,000 gallons per day evaluated in the Final Environmental Statement (FES). Since it is the flow rate which differs but not the nature of the raw wastewater, and since the effluent from the treatment facility is still constrained by the flational Pollutant Discharge Eliaination System (!-!PDES) permit, we find that the evalu-ation of inpacts as presented in the FES is adequate and need not be revised, lione of the conclusions in the FES is altered by the new information on the domestic and sanitary wastewater flow.
