I contacted Ms. Judith Goodie, of the Illinois Attorney General's Office, at approximately 9:10 a.m., on March 26, 1982.
I advised Ms. Goodie that Region III had not been aware of allegations by regarding lasalle, and inoutred why the. Illinois Attorney General's petition did not mention allegations fron Hs. Goodie. stated that she had " assumed" that Region III had gotten name from !;BC (as she had) and had contacted him.
She indicated I
'that had declined to provide her office with an affidevit for fear 'of his name being known, and so was not included in the submitted petition.
I indicated that the inforration provided by Was nuch more detailed than that provided by and would havh assisted Region III in its review.
lis. Goodic stated that she had not mant to withhold any infomation, and that "it should have been obvious that we were working on something".
