We have received your letter dated April 13, 1982 (Serial No. 195a),

i wherein you describe your commitment to install upper-steam generator inspection ports at NA-2 as specified in License Condition?2.'C'(15)(f).

The location of the upper steam generator ports as specified in your.

April, 1902 letter is in agreement with several recent telephone conver-t sations between the NRC staff and your staff regarding this matter.

The Resident Inspector, Region II, for NA-2 will verify that the modifi-l cations are completed prior to startup for flA-2 which is presently in its 1st refueling outage.

By letter dated April 5, 1982 (Serial No. 200), you provided the test results for the NA-2 Natural Circulation Boron Mixing and Cooldown Test (2-ST-34) in accordance with License Condition 2.C.(15)(f). Therefore, you have met in full the stipulations of License Condition 2.C.(15)(f).
