Management Meeting This confims arrangements for a management meeting to be held at the NRC Region I office in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania at 10:00 a.m., May 4,1982, as discussed between you and Mr. Lowell Tripp of my staff on April 20, 1982. Recent violations of NRC requirements involving the air operatad vacuum breaker valves for the Sup-pression Chamber, as well as other recent activities associated with maintenance, modification, testing, and surveillance will be discussed at this meeting. The inspection report regarding the vacuum breaker valves was previously sent to you t
