Docket No. 50-285
Dear Mr. Clark:
The Commission's letter to the Omaha Public Power District, dated February 18, 1982, forwarded a Franklin Research Center (FRC) request for additional information regarding the environmental qualification of safety-related electrical equipment installed at the Fort Calhoun Station.
Specifically, Item B.2 to the subject letter requested quali-fication documentation for equipment installed under the TMI Action Plan.
Accordingly, the following equipment test reports have been forwarded directly to FRC, as specified in the February 18, 1982 letter:
1)
Containment Hydrogen Monitor - NUREG-0737, Item II.F.1.6 2)
Containment High-Range Radiation Monitor - NUREG-0737, Item II.F.1.3 Additionally, the qualification test reports for the Raychem interfacing splices and for the Rockbestos interconnecting cables utilized in the installation of the applicable TMI Action Plan modi-fications have been forwarded to FRC.
The System Component Evaluation Worksheets (SCEWS) for the containment hydrogen monitor, containment high-range radiation monitor, Raychem splices, and Rockbestos cables were previously transmitted to the Commission by the District's April 2, 1982 letter.
Please note that the District's April 2,1982 letter stated that a copy of the qualification test report for the Comsip containment hydro-gen analyzer was attached to the letter.
The subject test report was inadvertently omitted from that transmittal and is now being forwarded directly to FRC with this letter.
