You have comitted to neeting the reporting requirements provided in our previous quidance including a report en relief valve (RV) and safety valve (SV) failures ad challanqes for the period April 1,1980 through December 31, 1900 and future reporting of RV and SV failures and challenges. No further review of this iten by HRR is planned. Because you have conmnitted to neeting the above reporting requirenents, we consider this item resolved for your facilities.

However, we wish to fornalize these reporting requirements; therefore, we will contact you in the future requesting that you administratively incor-porate the reporting requirenents in your Technical Specifications.
