Dear Mr. Winslow:
This is in response to your letters dated February 1, May 28, and June 21, 1993, by which you submitted revisions (affecting 17 pages) to your Fundamental Nuclaar Material Control (FNMC) Plan, pursuant to the arovisions of 10 CFR 70.32(c). We have reviewed these FNMC Plan changes and aave determined that they are acceptable and consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(c).
Accordingly, Safeguards License Condition SG-1.1 of your Licen.ee SNM-1097 is hereby revised, effective immediately, to incorporate the above mentioned FNMC Plan revisions.
Revised Condition SG-1.1 reads as follows:
SG-1.1 The licensee shall follow Sections 1.0 through 9.0 of the Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan dated December 16, 1987 and which has been revised in part as indicated by Revision 21 of page 1 (dated Mey 28, 1993) -- titled " Revisions By Page" -- of said Plan. This Plen may be further revised in accordance with, and pursuant to, the provisions of either 10 CFR 70.32(c) or 70.34.
All other conditions of your license remain the same.
Enclosed is a copy of License SNM-1097, which incorporates changes to the Safeguards Conditions. Also enclosed is the Safeguards Evaluation Report which includes the Categorical Exclusion determination.
We have determined that the enclosures to your February 1, May 28, and June 21, 1993 letters contain information of the type specified in 10 CFR p
