REQUEST FOR CHANGE IN 'ITIE FUNDAMENTAL NUCLEAR MATERIAL CONTROL PIAN - AMENDMENT'lV SUBMITTAL MADE ON MAY 28,1993, With reference to activides authorized under NRC License SNM-1097, at the GE Company Nuclear Fuel & Components Manufacturing, located in Wilrnington, NC, submits the attached FNMCP changes pursuant to 10 CFR 70.32(c), which do not decrease the effectiveness of the current program.
Pursuant to-10 CFR 2.790(d), GE requests that the attaclunents to this letter be withheld from public disclosure as they contain information which I
identifies GE procedures for safeguarding licensed SNM.
Attachment I contains descriptions of the changes identified by section. contains the revised FNMCP pages with changes identified with an asterisk in the right-hand margin. Since these pages replace some of the pages in the 5/28/93 submittal, the date on each page remains 5/28/93.
