NOTE: Because of the closeness of the radiation monitor,to the Isolation condensers, which contain reactor water, this alarm is not positive indication of a leak. ,
check the isolation condenser temperature and level for indications of, tube leakage. ;
Sample the shell of the isolation condenser for activity as soon as practicable.
Isolate the affected isolation condenser as necessary. If the isolation condenser is isolated, place all "A" isolation condenser isolation valve control switches to the CLOSE position prior to depressing the ISOL COND RESET button (4F).
Perform actions defined in Procedure OPS-3024.18, Isolation. condenser.
This alarm indicates that a parameter has exceeded or has the potential to exceed an Emergency Action Level (EAL). Enter Procedure IMP-1300.01, Classification of :
Emergency conditions. EAL - Radiolocical Effluent. ;
