k FITZPATRICK Ng This is to confirm that Turkey Point Unit 3 is scheduled to restart on or about November 25,1992 (Unit 4 was restarted on October 24, 1992, The FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant in Oswego, New York, is also sched)uled to restart on November 20, 1992, after an extended outage of approximately one year.
Based on informal discussions between our respective offices, we understand that the Federal [mergency Management Agency is not aware of any offsite acergency preparedness issues that could potentially affect restart at either of these facilities.
