referenced letters forwarding the April.1990 National Pollutant

- Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) monitoring reports for Units 1,

2, and-3, respectively.

i the combined discharge chlorine residua 1' allowed by the NPDES permit was exceeded by 400 ppb.-

The report also stated that the April 19 and 20 samples from the Mesa sewage treatment plant.each exceeded the settleable solids allowed by the Unit 1 NPDES permit by 97-ml/1.

On each occasion, the remaining 8 water sources sampled were found to be within NPDES permit limits.

Document Control Desk June 12, 1990 The April Unit 2 NPDES monitoring report stated that on April 12 the combined discharge chlorine residual allowed by the Unit 2 NPDES permit was exceeded by 200 ppb.

The remaining 7 water sources sampled were found to be within NPDES permit limits.

The April Unit 3 NPDES monitoring report stated that on April 12 the combined discharge chlorine residual allowed by the Unit 3 NPDES permit was exceeded by 50 ppb.

The remaining 7 water sources sampled were found to be within NPDES permit limits.
