SMSWhRY: The unit completed its fourth refueling outage on May 16, 1990. Three reactor trips occurred: one near the end of the uutage due to operational error and two shortly afterwards due to minor equipment problems. Following these events the unit operated at or near 100Z for the remainder of the month.
