which is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of
examination of procedures and records, and interviews with personnel by the inspectors.

Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were identified. The performance of
the Oyster Creek staff during the exercise demonstrated the ability to implement the

Emergency Plan and Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures in a manner that would
