Dear Mr. DeYoung:
In accordance with Technical Specification 6.9.1.c for the H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant, Unit No. 2, Carolina Power and Light Company herewith submits the report of operation statistics and shutdown experience for the month of Feb rua ry,1982.
Line 17 of the Operating Data Report, which is Gross Electrical Fnergy Generated, has been adjusted to compensate for a +2000 MWH discrepancy that originated during the 1974 report year. The difference was caused by an arithmetical error made during the calculations for cumulative gross electrical generation.
The discrepancy was recently discovered l
when comparison was made between plant data and general of fice data.
