Dear Mr. Virgilio:
On February 16, 1982, Mr. W.A. Williams, Jr. and Mr. A.R. Koon, Jr. of South Carolina Electric and Gas Company participated in a telephone conver-sation with Mr. F. Allenspach of the NRC to discuss several proposed changes to Section 6.5 of the Technical Specifications. These changes are being submitted in order to provide clarification in the areas of committee member-ship, alternate members, and meeting quorum.
Mr. Allenspach verbally agreed to the revisions as shown on the attachment.
It is requested that the Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station Technical Specifications be revised to reflect these changes.
