FUNCTION 6.5.1.1 The PSRC shall function to advise the Manager, Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station on all matters related to nuclear safety. '

The safety evaluations for 1) procedures, 2) changes to procedures, n c:
equipment or systems, and 3) tests or experiments completed under the NM provision of Section 50.59, 10 CFR, to verify that such actions did go not constitute an unreviewed safety question and all programs required ra o by Specification 6.8 and changes thereto.
