In accordance with your submittal dated June 15, 1979, and its supplements dated June 19, and October 7,1981, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Condition 18. of Special Nuclear Material License No. SNM-696 is hereby amended to include your decommissioning plan -
and corporate commitment that funds will be made available to decontaminate the facilities. Accordingly, Condition 18. will now read as follows:
Condition 18. At the end of plant life, the licensee shall decontaminate the site and facilities, authorized as a place of use for special nuclear material under this license, in accordance with the general decomissioning plan submitted by your letter dated June 15,1979 and its supplement dated June 19, 1981, so that these facilities and grounds can be released for unrestricted use. The assurance of a company official that funds will be made available for decontamination, provided by letter dated October 7,1981, is hereby incorporated as a condition of the license.
In addition, the following condition is added to your license:
Condition 19.
Release of facilities and equipment for unrestricted use from the plant site or to unrestricted areas on-site shall be in accordance with the attached Annex C, dated November 1976.
All other conditions of your license shall remain the same.
