Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board on March 19, 1975,, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued Amendment No. 1 to Construction Permit' Ne. CPPR 106 and Amen'dment No. 1 to Construction Permit No. CPPR 107

issued to the Philadelphia Electric Company for construction of the Limerick Generating Station, Units 1 and 2, located in Montgo= cry County, Pennsylvania.
The Decision amends the construction permits by modifying one of the conditions for protection of the environment.
Any decisions or actions taken by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board in connection with this Decision may be reviewed by the Commission.
A copy of the Decision dated March 19, 1975, Amendment No. 1 to Construction Permit No. CPPR-106, Amendment No. 1 to Construction Permit CPPR-107, and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Final Environ-mental Statement are available for public inspection at the Commission's Public Document Room, 1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.
C., and in the Pottstown Public Library, 500 liigh Street,, Pottstown, Pennsylvania 19464.

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 51.52(b)(3) of 10 CFR Part 51,' the Fin'al Environmental" Statement is deemed modified to the extent that the conditions reisting to environmental matters contained in the Decision are different from those contained in the Fina1 Environmental Statement issued February 1974.
As required by Section 51.52(b)(3) of 10 CFR Part-51, a copy of the Decision which modified the Final Environmental Statement has been transmitted to the Council on Environmental Quality and distributed to the Ervironmental Protection Agency and other interested agencies' and persons in accordance with Section 51.26(c) of 10 CFR Part 51.
