s Pursuant to 'a Decision by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal.
Board dated March 19, 1975, the Nuclear Regulatory Commissica has issued Amendment No. 1 to Construction Permit No. CPPR-106 by revising paragraph 3.E(8) in'its entirety to read as follows:
"The applicant will take those measures necessary'to assure the availability of co=pensating water storage capacity at the earliest practicable time if such is permitted by the Delaware River Basin Com:nission -
pursuant to DRBC Docket No. D-69-210CP.. A schedule identifying significant milestone dates to achieve this objective, assuming Tocks Island project is not available, shall be developed in coordination with the Delaware River Basin Co==ission and submitted to the Division of Reactor Licensing within six months after the issuance of a construction permit for the station."
This Amendment is effective as of its issuance date.
