Pursuant to the above nentioned Initial Decision, the Atomic Energy Comission (the Comission) has issued Construction Pemits Nos. CPPR-106 &
CPPR-107 to the Philadelphia Electric Otmpany for construction of two boiling water nuclear reactors, kncun as the Limarick Generating Sta' tion, Units 1 & 2, each designed for a rated power of approxinately 3293 megawatts thermal with a net electric output of approximately 1055 megawatts.
'lhe Comission has made appropriate findings as required by the Atmic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the ammission's rules and regulations in 10 CFR Chapter I, which are set forth in the construction permits. 'Ihe application for the construction pemits ocruplies with the standards and requirements of the Act and the Cmmission's rules and regulstions.

'Ihe construction permits are effective ~as of their date of issuance. The earliest date for the empletion of Unit 1 is April 1, 1979, and the latest date for empletion is October 1,1979. The earliest date for the ccupletion of Unit 2 is Sep62+r 1,1980 and the latest date for caipletion is March 1,1981. Each pemit shall er.pire on the latest date for empletion of the facility.
In addition to the Initial Decision, copies of (1) Construction' Pemits Nos. CPPR-106 & CPPR-107; (2) the report of the Advisory Ccmnittee on Reactor Safeguards, dated Septenber 21, 1972; (3) tbn Directorate of Licensing's Safety Evaluation, dated November 29, 1971; (4) Errata to Safety Evaluation, dated January 1972 and April 24, 1972; (5) the Preliminary Safety Analy=1e up ynd ggs._,d, th:: te; (g) the applicant's Enviromental Report, dated October 1970, revised May 1972 and supplanents thereto; (7) the Draft Envircernental Statement, dated August 1973; and (8) the Final Envir@ ental St'atenent, dated Novenber 1973, are also available for public inspection at the above-designated locations and in Washington, D.C. and in the Pottstown Public Library, 500 High Street, Pottstaan, Pennsylvania 19464.
