. this office on October 21 - November 20, 1981, of activities author zed by NRC

Operating License Nos. DPR-57 and NPF-5 for the Hatch facility and to the

discussion of our findings held with Mr. ft. fianry, Plant Manager, at the
conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during the inspection and our findings are discussed in the

enclosed inspe;Iion report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of
selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with
personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this ir.spection, no violations or deviations were disclosed.

In accortlance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and the enclosure (s)
will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room unless you notify'this office,
by telephone, within ten days of the date of this letter and submit written
application to withhold information contained therein within thirty days of the
date of this letter.
Such application must be consistent with the requirements
of2.790(b)(1).
