x/ l.i1YG The Structural Engineering Branch of the Nuclear Regulatory Comi'ssion-s aff has developed "SEB Criteria for Safety-Related Masonry Wall Evaluation"-
(Enclosure). These criteria are incorporated as Appendix A to Section 3.8.4, Revision 1 of the Standard Review Plan (NUREG-0800), and they will be used during the evaluation of the Seabrook OL application.
