s 3.10. 5. a Change to read "The gaseous waste tanks shall be main-tained and operated for the purpose of keeping releases within the objective of these specifications and shall process all radioactive gases fron the vent ;as header prior to their release when the activity released.during any calendar quarter exceeds one fourth the annual release quantities as determined by the objectives of this specification."
